Mail-in
You may mail in the payment any time before August 19th. If you are applying for a fee waiver or you need to set up an automatic withdrawal from your account (ACH), you will need to do the walk-in option.3
Walk-in
You may walk-in with the payment any time between August 5th and August 20th. You can also apply for a fee waiver or an ACH at this time.
